Stayed in a double queen room in June 2023 and again this week. The hotel met all of our family's needs! All staff were helpful and professional. They even provided housekeeping services after the first night, which most budget hotels are skipping now. Love the location, in town without any campus noise. Great views, especially when you're eating breakfast. My kids loved the variety at breakfast. I loved how there was always hot coffee! Kids loved the pool. On the chilly side, but they said it was fun! Hot tub was not working for our recent visit. We felt that the Coast Hilltop was a great value. Thank you, all. We'll stay here for our next visit to Pullman!

Super clean, quiet, and safe-feeling. Excellent breakfast available 6am-10am. (Many shut down at 9.) Room darkening drapes (at least on the south side) and the windows open to let in the fresh Palouse air. The price is very reasonable (on non-Cougar home football game weekends anyway!). The staff is very personable and attentive. Easy parking and well-maintained grounds. I have always been very happy with my stays there. (The only reason for four stars on "Rooms" is some of the furniture could use refreshing and the bathroom sink and shower faucets handles are getting worn/loose. But not a deal breaker by any means!)

Very clean, quiet, safe hotel with friendly staff and fairly spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and on-par continental breakfast. My only gripes are disappointingly low shower water pressure, and relatively small TV screen size.

Perfect for WSU parents/families. Rooms are so clean! Breakfast is great. Staff is incredible. Pillows are perfect. I believe the pillows are down, potentially down alternative (I found a pink feather). Beds are a little uncomfortable if you are a gel memory foam snob but I'll take this place any day of the week over our last stay. Met all of our needs 100% . Room was really quiet. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Vending and ice machine by elevator. This was our first second visit Our third visit was not that great. I am hoping the hotel addresses my email and now my survey. I sent an email the day after I checked out. That was a week ago. I've yet to hear back. Room 324 has a horribly noisy bathroom fan. The room next door complained about that fan. Not much we can do about that when we are using the bathroom/showering 🤷 There were other things too but this was annoying.

We had a wonderful stay. Went over to celebrate the passing of my Aunt. Our family had 12 rooms and everyone was so helpful. It was close to family memb6thst live in Pullman abd close to church.

Kelly is at the front desk working hard to help make this hotel appealing. I stayed at the pullman Marriott a while ago and not only had a horrible experience they don't give out anything for breakfast because they have a diner on site. $$$$. At booking i was told the hotel offered a continental breakfast however it was more of a breakfast buffet of everything but meat. It was A+++, and extremely generous with choices. I am so glad to rest here at Hilltop, and not only will I return, I will encourage my future guests to stay here. Thanks for having such a cozy comfortable hotel with a great staff!

The couple of days we were there, the chlorine content in the pools and hot tub were pretty high. The staff there did their best to deal with it with what they had on hand. Unfortunately for me, their beds were entirely too hard so I did not sleep all that well. The kids slept fine however.
